Job Title:  Associate Attorney

Job Location:  New City, NY

Job Duties:  Advise clients concerning various immigration law matters including removal defense and business immigration; interpret immigration laws, rulings and regulations; represent clients before the immigration courts and Department of Homeland Security; prepare, draft and review legal documents including immigration applications and petitions; develop strategies and arguments for removal defense and business immigration matters; analyze the probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents; present and summarize cases to Immigration Judges and Homeland Security Officers.

Requirements:   Position requires Master’s Degree in Law. Position also requires at least 6 months of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation of Law Clerk. The required experience must have been gained in a law firm that handles removal defense and business immigration matters. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York.

Salary:  $93,662.00/year
